Date: 02–04 February 2026 (3-day onsite training)

Time: 3 full days (exact schedule confirmed with participants)

Group size: limited to 5 companies (15–50 employees) to ensure focused work, practical feedback, and direct applicability to your business.

Location: Riga, Latvia

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are under pressure to reduce operational costs and improve sales performance, while AI tools often remain fragmented, underused, or misaligned with real business processes. This 3-day sprint provides a structured, practical approach to identify the biggest cost and performance levers, make ROI-driven (return-on-investment) decisions, and turn AI and automation into concrete actions your company can implement.

Who will benefit from the program?

This programme is designed for SME owners and executives, sales and operations leaders, digital transformation leads, and cross-functional teams responsible for process optimisation and sales performance. It is especially relevant for companies that want a clear roadmap and a practical starting point—not generic AI theory.

What will you learn?

The sprint combines leadership strategy work with hands-on team workshops, focusing on real business processes and measurable outcomes.

Day 1 – Strategic session for company leaders

  • Map business processes and cost structure;
  • Identify automation priorities and the biggest efficiency and sales-performance levers;
  • Clarify leadership roles and decision principles in digital transformation;
  • Define ROI-based direction and next steps.

Day 2 – Team workshop: preparing for AI, automation and digital transformation

  • Understand where AI and automation fit into daily workflows and sales processes;
  • Structure workflows and define roles and responsibilities for implementation;
  • Work on real company processes with expert guidance;
  • Build team alignment and readiness for change.

Day 3 – Prototype workshop: building an AI or automation solution

  • Design one concrete solution based on your company priorities;
  • Define process logic and required data flow;
  • Develop a practical prototype under expert guidance;
  • Prepare for implementation with clear functionality and next steps.

Implementation – The Sprint advantage

To ensure outcomes are actionable, the programme includes a structured implementation package:

  • Strategic session for leaders (1–2 participants per company);
  • Team participation for Days 2–3 (up to 5 participants per company);
  • Expert-guided development of an AI or automation prototype;
  • Individual expert feedback tailored to company needs;
  • A concrete implementation roadmap with next steps

What will you gain?

By completing this programme, your company will be able to:

  • Identify processes with the highest cost-reduction potential and the strongest impact on sales performance;
  • Prioritise AI and automation initiatives using clear ROI logic;
  • Build a practical prototype as a starting point for implementation;
  • Leave with an actionable roadmap and defined next steps;
  • Investing 3 days, save up to €70,000 in 2026*.

 *AI and automation can reduce SME operational costs by 10–15%. For a company with ~€2M annual turnover, this may translate into ~€70,000 savings per year (depending on cost structure and implementation scope).
